Uncategorized   |   29/04/2021

From Tuesday 4 May 2021 the doors of the Leo-Lev Exhibition Centre will reopen. Access – by reservation only, which can be made online or by calling 0571 1735135 or writing to info@leolev.it- – will be limited by time slots in accordance with regulations.

On Saturdays and public holidays, reservations must be made (online or by telephone) at least one day in advance of the visit until further notice, in accordance with current government regulations.

The bookshop in Piazza Pedretti will also be open to the public from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed on Mondays).

There will be many exhibitions awaiting visitors, including Una Singolare Annunciazione which displays the Announcing Angel from the Pieve di San Gennaro in Lucca attributed to Leonardo da Vinci and the Madonna del Parto – also from the same church – with strong references to the themes and modes of Piero della Francesca’s Madonna del Parto di Monterchi; and Leonardo’s Cities & Knots where Aurelio Amendola’s photography, which immortalises the important cities in Leonardo’s life, meets the art of Oreste Ruggiero who has elaborated the knots of the Renaissance master in an artistic key.

During the closing weeks, the Leo-Lev Exhibition Centre tried to keep in touch with its audience through a series of social and digital activities. Now we look forward to welcoming you to our halls… We look forward to seeing you!
